Description
This is a two-storey house located at 34 City Road, constructed with stucco and featuring a slate close-eaved roof and a red brick chimney at the right end. The front facade has a two-window range of hornless 12-pane sash windows. On the right gable end, there is a door with a traceried overlight, positioned to the right of another 12-pane hornless sash window. A small 4-pane loft window is also present.
At the rear, there is an added parallel range that projects and forms an angle with the end gable of the original house, which includes brick end chimneys. A lean-to structure is attached to the ground floor front wall, featuring an end-wall 4-pane sash window. Additionally, there is a 12-pane stair-light in the main end gable to the left, situated above a timber and glass conservatory with a mono-pitch roof that extends outward from the gable end and consists of four bays. The interior has not been inspected.
