Description

12 City Road is a two-storey house with a double-fronted design, painted stucco exterior, and a slate close-eaved roof. The building features a brick stack at the right end and is offset to the left. It has renewed double-glazed 12-pane sash windows, and the central door is recessed within a renewed timber doorcase that has a simple flat hood supported by minimal console brackets. The ground floor windows are adorned with stucco keystones and voussoirs. The door is a modern 6-panel design, and the right gable end is finished in pebbledash.
