Description
22 City Road is a terraced house built with unpainted roughcast and a slate roof, featuring no chimneys. It has a narrow, three-storey front with two windows, which are 12-pane sashes. The second floor has only one window on the left, while the first floor has larger windows than the others. The entrance is a plain recessed doorway located in the right bay, which contains a modern door. The interior has not been inspected.
