Description

This is a two-storey house located at 14 City Road, constructed with painted stucco and featuring a slate close-eaved roof with a brick stack at the right end. The building is double-fronted and slightly offset to the left. It has renewed 12-pane sash windows, with a centre recessed door set in a renewed timber doorcase that includes a simple flat hood supported by minimal console brackets. The ground floor windows are adorned with stucco keystones and voussoirs. The left corner has a channelled pier, and the left gable end is rendered. The door is modern. The property has not been inspected.
