Description
This is a house located at 2 Holloway, built with painted stucco and featuring a close-eaved slate roof with end-wall stacks. The left side is made of painted brick, while the right side is rendered. The house has two storeys and an attic, with three bays. It includes two gabled eaves dormers that have 6-pane horned sashes and slated sides. On the first floor, there are three hornless 16-pane sashes, and one sash window is located on the ground floor to the right. The left side of the ground floor features a large window from the 20th century. The central door is recessed and has a 3-pane overlight, set within a raised shouldered stucco surround that includes a keystone. There is a raised plinth, which is at a higher level to the right of the door. The bays of the facade are irregularly spaced, with the central bay positioned closer to the right bay. The interior was not inspected, but it is noted that the room on the ground floor to the left is used as an office.
