Description

The Glyn is a house constructed in painted stucco with a slate roof and a brick stack at the right end. It is three storeys high and features a three-window range. The building has flat eaves and original hornless 12-pane sash windows on the upper floors, which have slate sills and stucco heads. The ground floor includes an original six-panel central door with a fanlight, set within a crude classical timber porch that has an open pediment and two fluted Ionic columns. There are large 20th-century windows on each side of the door, with a six-light window to the left and a three-light window to the right. The house also has raised angle strips and three sill bands. Additionally, there are 20th-century additions at the rear.
