Description

Penrhos is a house constructed with unpainted roughcast and unpainted stucco dressings, topped with a slate roof and featuring a rendered stack on the left end, along with bracketed flat eaves. The building is two stories tall and has a three-window arrangement with a central door. The original first-floor windows are hornless 12-pane sashes. On the ground floor, there is a later plate glass sash window to the right and an enlarged window from around 1900 to the left, which includes coloured glass top-lights. The central door is from the 20th century and has a plain fanlight above it. The house also features plain raised angle strips, a sill band, and window surrounds.
