Description

This is a house located at 12 Church Street, constructed with roughcast and featuring a slate roof and a roughcast stack at the south end. The building is two stories high and has a two-window range with flat eaves. On the first floor, there are two original hornless 12-pane sash windows with painted slate sills. The ground floor includes a 20th-century door with an original small-paned overlight, and to the right, there is a 20th-century inset bow window that replaces an early 19th-century shop window, which was removed after 1957.
