Description

The Guild Hall is a house constructed in unpainted roughcast with stucco dressings, featuring a slate roof and two red brick chimneys. It has flat eaves and is designed as a two-storey structure with a three-window range. The original hornless 12-pane sash windows are complemented by a central half-glazed door, which is set within an early 20th-century timber glazed porch that has a flat corniced roof. The exterior includes unpainted stucco channelled pilasters, a plinth, a sill band, and window surrounds with keystones. The south end wall is roughcast and includes a loft light. The building is raised on a terrace, which is supported by a roughcast retaining wall facing the street.

Additionally, number 17 retains its original glazing and features a typical New Quay timber porch.
