Description

Waterloo is a terraced house made of painted stucco, featuring a slate eaves roof and a brick stack on the left end. It has flat eaves and is two stories high with a two-window range of 12-pane sash windows. The entrance is located on the ground floor to the right, accessed through an early 20th-century glazed timber porch. The house has stucco quoins at the left angle and stucco window surrounds with keystones. Originally, it was detached from the adjacent No 18 on the left but is now connected by a door leading to a through passage. The house may have been built around the same time as the nearby hotel and still retains its original small-paned windows.
