Description

Cledlyn is a pair of houses built in painted roughcast and stucco, topped with a slate roof and featuring end wall stacks made of red brick. The buildings are two stories high and have a four-window range, with hornless 12-pane sash windows. The inner windows are closely set above two doors that are framed by a single 20th-century flat-roofed porch with cornicing and leaded lights. The doors include overlights, with the left door being half-glazed and the right door an original six-panel design. The houses have stucco angle strips and a sill band, along with stucco window surrounds that feature keystones on the ground floor and similar window hoods above. The sills are made of painted slate, and the eaves are flat. The south end wall is constructed of rubble stone.
