Description

22 St Marys Street is a pair of houses that feature roughcast and stucco exteriors, topped with a slate roof and brick end stacks, with the right house rebuilt on a stone base. The building is three stories high and has a four-window range of sash windows. The left house, No 21, has original small-paned windows, with 6-pane upper windows, 12-pane first floor windows, and a tripartite window with a configuration of 4-12-4 panes on the ground floor left. The right house, No 22, generally has 4-pane windows but features a tripartite sash with a 2-4-2 pane configuration. There are two central doors; No 21 has a modern door with an original overlight and no doorcase, while No 22 has all modern door features.
