Description

The gates and gatepiers to the churchyard of the Church of St Mary are tall structures made of blue lias ashlar. They feature cornices with stepped caps and are topped with cast-iron urns. The gatepiers are panelled, and the iron gates have top rails that ramp down, a quatrefoil middle rail, and dog-bars. These gatepiers are similar in design to the entrance gatepiers at Castle Green House.
