Description

This is a house located at 10 Church Street, built in painted roughcast and stucco with a slate roof and rendered end stacks. It features a two-storey front with three windows, which are hornless 12-pane sashes surrounded by stucco with keystones. In the center, there is an early 20th-century timber porch with a cornice, glazed sides, and chamfered piers. The door has an original small-paned overlight above it. The house also has stucco quoins, a plinth, and a sill band, as well as flat eaves supported by brackets.
