Description
This is a two-storey house located at 3 Rock Street, built in painted roughcast and stucco with a slate roof and roughcast end stacks. The front features a three-window range of hornless 12-pane sash windows and a central ledged door. The house has painted stucco quoins and surrounds, as well as slate sills. It is raised on a terrace with roughcast front walls, and there is a passage to the right leading to a basement door.
