Description

Mindraeth is a house dating from the 18th century, constructed from unpainted pebbledash and stucco with a slate roof and rendered end stacks. The building has two storeys and a three-window front. It features hornless 12-pane sash windows and a central doorway with an overlight. Other details include slate sills, unpainted quoins, surrounds with keystones, a first-floor sill band, and a 20th-century dormer. The house is raised on a terrace with a roughcast terrace wall. A passage leads to a basement door on the right-hand side. Protruding stones on the left indicate the outline of an unbuilt adjoining house.
