Description

Aurora is a two-storey house built with unpainted roughcast and features stucco dressings, bracket eaves, and a slate roof with roughcast end stacks. The front has a three-window range of hornless 12-pane sash windows, a central ledged door, and a radiating-bar fanlight above the door. The openings are framed with plain raised surrounds, and the corners of the building have channelled piers. Although the house is situated on a terrace, there is an access way on the left side leading to a basement door, which has a stable door with strap hinges.
