Description
Hafan is a two-storey building constructed from sandstone rubble, which was previously roughcast, and features a slate roof with bracket eaves and stone stacks. The front has a three-window range of hornless 12-pane sash windows, with a 20th-century door in the center and a 20th-century radiating bar fanlight above it. There are three slate steps leading up to the entrance. To the right, there is a basement door, which is positioned next to a terraced garden, and it has iron strap hinges. All openings are framed with stone voussoirs. The upper corner stones and window jambs are made of grey stone, contrasting with the brown stone used elsewhere on the building. The front garden is elevated on a rubble stone terrace and is enclosed by spearhead iron railings on two sides.
