Description
Delfan is a two-storey building constructed from colourwashed rubble stone and topped with a slate roof. It features a three-window front with 12-pane hornless sash windows and a central door. The windows have cambered heads and stone voussoirs. The original door has been removed to create recessed access to two flats. On the east end, there is a loft light and a 12-pane sash window on both the first and ground floors, located to the right.
At the back, there is an added two-storey rubble stone wing with a hipped roof facing north and a stone stack. This wing has a two-window range with 12-pane sashes, and a ground floor door on the left that includes an overlight. The ground floor door and window have brick heads, and there is an outshut at the rear.
