Description

Laura House and Laura are a pair of village houses built in the late Georgian style of Aberaeron, dated 1865. They are roughcast and colourwashed, with Laura House on the left featuring a slate roof and three stone stacks, the center stack dated 1865. Each house is two stories tall and has a three-window range, with hornless 12-pane sash windows and a central door with an overlight. The door to Laura House, on the left, is half-glazed, while the door to Laura, on the right, is a 20th-century door. Both houses have raised plain stucco surrounds and no outshut. This prominent pair of well-preserved houses is located on the approach to Pont Aberarth from the north.
