Pair of houses. c1860. Ashlar-faced with Welsh slate roof, partially renewed with concrete tile. 3 storeys, 2-room double-depth plans with outer entrances. Each has 6-panelled door with overlight in stressed architrave, and pedimented window over in narrow outer bay. Open pediment to advanced gables flanking paired 4-pane sash windows of inner units. Pierced balustraded panel below first floor window in left hand house. Gables have canted bay with 4-pane sashes and pierced parapet to ground floor, 4-pane sash window over with stressed architrave and entablature. Round arched window in apex. 2 round-arched dormer windows in roof. Axial stacks.
