Description

North Parade is a three-storey building constructed from sandstone rubble, which was previously stuccoed or roughcast, and features a slate roof with bracketed eaves and stone stacks. The building has a four-window range, consisting of 12-pane sash windows with painted stone lintels. The two central bays are closer together, and there is a door located in the third bay. The end walls of the building include external chimney breasts and fireplaces, indicating that it was intended to accommodate additional houses.
