Description

1 Gloucester Terrace is a terraced house that is part of a set of three mirrored pairs. The exterior features unpainted roughcast with a slate eaves roof and brick chimneys. Each house has three storeys and one window bay, with doors paired with the adjacent house. The second floor has a square window, while the first and ground floors each have a 12-pane sash window. The entrance features a recessed 6-panel door within a double doorcase, which is flanked by slim panelled pilasters. Above the pilasters is a narrow frieze with a block over each, topped by a shallow modillion cornice. Number 1 has its chimney on the left and the door on the right, making it the left end house in the row. The interior has not been inspected.
