Description
The former Wesleyan Methodist Sunday School is a single-storey building constructed of rubble stone, featuring a steep slate roof adorned with crested ridge tiles. The façade includes four tall arched windows and a central projecting stone gabled porch. The windows are framed with ashlar flush surrounds and rubble stone voussoirs, and they feature timber Y-tracery with a transom and small-paned glazing. The porch is topped with a coped gable that has a stone finial and includes a pair of small arched lights with ashlar surrounds and marginal glazing bars. Above the porch, there is a small ashlar niche. On the right side wall, there is a cambered headed doorway with an ashlar flush surround leading to a boarded door. The interior of the building is currently used as an antiques showroom.
