Richmond Villas

Richmond Villas is a two-storey plus attic building constructed from stucco with a modern slate-type roof and end chimneys made of brick. The front features three windows, with a band course at the sill level of the first-floor windows. On the left side, the windows are slightly advanced and consist of 16-pane hornless sashes. There is a central narrow window on each floor with small pane glazing. To the right, there is a later two-storey splayed bay with small pane hornless sash glazing. Adjacent to the right is a two-storey link to another house, which has a pitched roof and two windows on the upper level, along with a panelled entrance door. The left gable is partially slate-hung and has a small window in the attic. To the left of the house, there is a flat-roofed extension featuring a panelled door in a moulded surround.
