Richmond Villas

Richmond Villas is a two-storey house with an attic, featuring a modern stucco exterior and a hipped tiled roof. The left side has a stucco chimney, while the right side has a yellow brick chimney. The front of the house has three windows, with a band course at the sill level of the first-floor windows. The outer windows are slightly advanced and consist of 16-pane hornless sashes, while there is a central narrow window on each floor with small pane glazing. To the right, there is a two-storey porch that includes a 4-pane hornless sash window on the first floor and a panelled entrance door with glazed upper panels, topped with an architrave featuring a bracketed cornice. Additionally, there is a small lean-to extension on the left side of the house.
