Richmond Villas

Richmond Villas is a two-storey plus attic building constructed of stucco with a slate roof featuring a double slope. It has rectangular stucco chimneys at both ends. The façade includes three windows, with a band course at the sill level of the first-floor windows. The outer windows are slightly advanced, and the first-floor windows have horned upper sashes with diaper central panes. The ground floor features 16-pane hornless sashes, with a central narrow window on each floor that has a shallow architrave and sash glazing; the first-floor window has a diaper central pane, while the ground floor has a small pane configuration of 4 over 4. To the right, there is a screen wall with an iron gate leading to the garden. To the left, a two-storey porch with a parapet includes a four-pane sash window on the upper floor and an entrance door with a shallow architrave and bracketed pediment. The porch connects to the neighbouring house.
