Description
Richmond Villas is a two-storey plus attic building constructed in stucco with stucco quoins and a slate roof. It features rectangular stucco chimneys at both ends. The front has three windows, with a band course at the sill level of the first-floor windows. The outer windows on the first floor are slightly advanced and have replacement glazing, while the central window is narrow.
On the ground floor, to the left, there is a rectangular cantilevered bay window with a slate roof that continues to the right as a veranda supported by simple posts over a central narrow window and a right-hand sash window, both of which are hornless. To the right, there is a two-storey porch; the first floor includes a hornless sash window with marginal glazing. The entrance doorway is set back under the porch and is flanked by Doric columns. To the left of the building, there are two stepped extensions.
