Richmond Villas

Richmond Villas is a two-storey plus attic building with a modern tiled roof and stucco exterior. It features stucco chimneys at both ends. The front has three windows, with a band course at the sill level of the first-floor windows. The outer windows are slightly advanced and consist of 16-pane hornless sashes, while there is a central narrow window on each floor with small pane glazing. To the right, there is a modern extension, and to the left, there is a lower two-storey link to the neighbouring house, which includes a modern window on the first floor and a ground floor that is set forward with a panelled door. The upper panels of the door are glazed and it is flanked by windows.
