Richmond Villas

Richmond Villas is a two-storey plus attic building featuring stucco and a modern slate substitute roof that has a double slope and is hipped to the right. It has red brick chimneys at both ends. The front of the building has three windows, with a band course at the sill level of the first-floor windows. The outer windows are slightly advanced and consist of 16-pane hornless sashes, while there is a narrow window in the center of each floor with small pane glazing. To the right, there is a single-storey flat-roofed extension. On the left side, there is a two-storey porch that includes an 8-pane hornless sash window on the first floor and a door from the circa 1930s on the ground floor, which is topped with a bracketed hood.
