Richmond Villas

Richmond Villas is a two-storey plus attic building constructed of stucco with a slate roof, although the end chimneys have been removed. The front features three windows, with a band course at the sill level of the first-floor windows. The outer windows are slightly advanced and contain 16-pane modern replacement glazing. In the center, there is a narrow window on each floor, which has a shallow architrave and modern glazing. To the right, there is a two-storey lower link to an adjacent house, featuring a modern first-floor window in the original opening and a ground floor that is set forward, which includes a round-headed doorway with an architrave and two-leaf panelled doors. A modern extension is located to the left.
