Description
This is a range of farm buildings from the mid and late 19th century, originally likely used as cart-sheds but later converted into stables. The buildings are single-storey, constructed from rubble stone, and topped with a slate roof featuring three cross-gabled ridge vents. On the left side, there is a window and door, followed by two cart entries with cambered heads and a stone pier between them. Although cut stone has been removed, the piers remain, along with three stable doors and one blank bay, with an additional stable door on the right. The western end shows remnants of an additional structure, with one later addition at Pentre Farm. The rear of the building has an outshut with five stable doors that open onto what was once an enclosed yard, where there are remains of an arched entry at the eastern end. The southwest angle at the rear is chamfered, while the eastern end features windows, a blocked door and window, and a circular opening in the gable.
