Description

12 Regent Street is a pair of simple classical buildings that are two stories tall and have three-window fronts. The front of No 11 features scribed render and roughcast with end pilaster strips, while No 12 has a cement render finish. Both buildings have slate roofs, wide boarded eaves, and rendered chimney stacks. The sash windows are adorned with lugged architraves and keystones. The doorways have lugged and panelled architraves, with a modern door at No 11 and a six-panel door at No 12. These buildings are included for their group value.
