Description
10 Greenland Terrace is a group of two-storey buildings featuring simple classical frontages, topped with a continuous hipped slate roof and wide boarded inclined eaves. The group includes two cement render chimney stacks and one rubble stack. The fronts of Nos 9 and 11 are roughcast, while No 10 has a pebbledash front. No 10 also has rusticated quoins and pilaster strips on No 11.
Nos 9 and 10 have three windows each, while No 11 has two. The first floors feature 12-pane sash windows, with lintels on No 9 and lugged architraves with ornamental keystones on Nos 10 and 11. The ground floors have 16-pane sash windows, which also have similar architrave and voussoir treatments.
The entrances are semi-circular arched, with No 10 featuring a lugged architrave. No 9 has a six-panel door with a five-pane fanlight, No 10 has a later door with an Art Nouveau fanlight, and No 11 has a four-panel door with a five-pane fanlight. Each property has low garden walls, with rubble gate piers for No 9, brick for No 10, and rendered for No 11. There is a boarded door leading to a side passage on the right.
