Description

11 Regent Street is a simple classical building dating from the 19th century, featuring two storeys and a three-window front. The façade of No 11 is finished in scribed render and roughcast, with end pilaster strips, while No 12 has a cement render. Both buildings have slate roofs, wide boarded eaves, and rendered chimney stacks. The sash windows are adorned with lugged architraves and keystones, and the doorways have lugged and panelled architraves. No 11 has a modern door, whereas No 12 features a six-panel door.
