Description
This is a bridge over the River Aeron near Ty Glyn Camp, built from rubble. It features a single recessed segmental arch with a wide span, and the keystone is located on the downstream side, which is a later addition. There is clear evidence that the bridge has been widened underneath. To the south, there is a small storm-drain. The parapets are made of massive stone slabs, and the wall above the downstream arch is bowed inwards with straight joints on either side, indicating that it has been repaired at a later date. The parapets continue as retaining walls, which connect to the gateway of Ty Glyn Holiday Camp, formerly the gates to Ty Glyn Aeron, located to the northeast.
