Description
Gamekeeper's Cottage is a two-storey building featuring a two-window front. It has a steep pyramidal slate roof with a finial and deep eaves over the front. A rectangular chimney is located at the rear. The first floor includes two 12-pane hornless sash windows set at the eaves, while the ground floor has two similar windows. The central doorway is covered by a later wooden trellis porch, and the side windows have later glazing. There is a 20th-century rear outshut and a side porch.
Although not inspected, it is reported to have a kitchen and parlour on either side of a central lobby, and it retains planked doors with strap hinges, a steep stair rising from a rear vestibule, and flagged floors.
