Description
Manoreifed is a two-storey building constructed from whitewashed rubble stone, topped with pyramid slate roofs featuring diamond-pattern slates and a central blue brick chimney stack. The flat eaves are supported by paired brackets. The front facade has a three-window range with 12-pane sash windows and a central six-panel door that includes a traceried fanlight. There is a 20th-century timber porch with paired fluted columns and a shallow gabled top, replacing an earlier porch that had unfluted paired columns and a flat corniced top.
On the west side wall, there is an arched stair light with intersecting glazing bars. The rear of the building features two 12-pane sashes on the center and left, with two pairs of casement windows below, and a northeast rear wing that is two-storey and hipped at the north end. The north end has a pair of casement windows on each floor. The east side has a two-window range with similar sashes, although the right ground floor window has been altered to a French window. The rear wing has a 20th-century window on each floor. There is a cellar beneath the southwest front room.
Inside, the entrance hall has reeded ceiling borders and angle rosettes. An elliptical arch leads to the central stair hall, which features stick-baluster dog-leg stairs to the left. The southeast front room includes a 19th-century slate fireplace and a simple cornice, along with six-panel doors and panelled shutters.
