Description

The barn at Glanhafan-fawr is a stone structure that dates back to an unspecified period. It features a loft that is accessed by external stairs located on the east gable wall. The upper part of the barn is informally boarded at the front, rear, and east gable. Approximately one-third of the roof retains slates on the eastern end, while the remainder is covered with corrugated steel sheeting. The western end of the barn is open and faces a modern shelter building. The north wall is mostly blank, except for a small window and a boarded-up dormer hatch. The south wall includes a large opening and a window to the left, along with two shed doors and two small windows. Inside, there are crucks at the west end.
