The tomb of Robert Owen is enclosed by a square arrangement of decorative iron railings set on a stone plinth. The rear features cresting with a bronze portrait relief. The front showcases intricate foliate ironwork that supports a relief depicting Owen delivering justice to workers, accompanied by the motto "Each for All" below. The corners are marked by cast iron pillars, and there are sunk panels adorned with classical motifs and globe finials.
