Description

The Owen memorial is a chest tomb located about 9 metres east of the south porch in the churchyard of the Church of All Saints. It commemorates Ralph Owen, who died in 1730. The tomb is made of sandstone and features a tent top with a moulded capping and plinth set on a plain stone base below. The ends of the tomb are elaborately designed with lyre shapes and oval panels. The long sides display inscription panels with scrolled edges, flanked by spiral and foliage decorations.
