Description

The boundary wall to the Robert Owen Memorial Garden features a low relief panel mounted on a brick structure. This bronze panel is divided into three parts, with a central inscription that reads "Robert Owen Pioneer, Social reformer and Philanthropist 1771-1858." On either side of the inscription, there are figurative representations of industrial and agricultural workers. The wall creates a curved boundary at the back of the memorial garden.
