Description

Probably c1850, although the facade detail may represent a later remodelling. Painted brick, slate roof with gable end stack. 2 storeys, 4-window range, including a segmentally arched carriage entry to the left, within the building. Excepting this, the house is symmetrically planned with central entrance with moulded architrave to 4-panelled door. Flanking windows are segmentally arched tripartite small-paned sashes with stressed architraves and bracketed sills. String course above the ground floor, and continuous sill band to first floor, bracketed at windows which are all 12-pane sashes in moulded architraves. Coved eaves cornice.
