Description
The former game larder, located to the southwest of the stable courtyard at Stanage Park, is a small, square, two-storey detached building. It is constructed of rubble with some brick dressings and features a pyramidal stone tile roof with oversailing eaves. The upper storey has paired rectangular openings that are unglazed, while the ground floor has a wooden doorframe with a cambered head. Inside, it formerly contained a grid of wooden bars for storing game.
