Description

3 storey and cellar 3 window Flemish bond symmetrical brick front. Gently pitched slate roof, pitch daubed. Saw toothed eaves cornice, later bargeboards. Brick stacks, projecting to right; new caps. Shallow 8 pane sashes flanking similar 6 pane window to 2nd floor. 16 pane sashes flanking 12 pane sash to 1st floor. 16 pane sashes over cellar openings to ground floor. Gauged brick voussoirs to flat arches. Plain reveals, stone sills. Stone steps with handrails lead up to plain doorcases with dripboard. Shallow rectangular fan, C19 panelled door. Iron railings with dog-bars to forecourts.

Rear elevation of English garden wall bond, cambered header arches to casement windows. Offset, tall narrow stair sash window. Modern lean-to replaces former gabled extension to right.
