Description

The Sportsman Public House is an early 19th century Georgian building that stands three stories tall with a two-window front. It is constructed of colourwashed Flemish bond brick and features a gently pitched slate roof with saw-toothed eaves cornice. The building has truncated brick stacks. The second-floor windows have modern two-light casements, while the first and ground floor windows are fitted with 16-pane sash windows. The windows have plain reveals, gauged brick voussoirs, and stone sills. The entrance has a plain doorcase with a modern drip board above it.
