Description
The barn at Llach-doll dates from the mid-19th century and was built by the Maesllwch Estate. It is constructed of stone and features a slate roof. The barn has five bays, with cartways that have full-height boarded doors located in the second and fourth bays, each covered by cantilevered short pent roofs. There are two doors in both end bays, which extend symmetrically under a continuation of the roof slopes at the rear. The central bay includes two tiers of slit vents, while the end bays have an upper tier of slit vents. The gable end features three tiers of slit vents. Additionally, there are half-height cross walls in the end bays, and the roof is supported by raking struts that connect the ties to the principal rafters.
