Description
Moity Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse constructed from colourwashed stone and topped with a slate roof. The building has one storey and an attic, featuring three bays. The two bays at the northern end are approximately symmetrical, while the structure extends for a third bay at the southern end. A stack is located laterally to the central bay on the rear wall. The entrance consists of a central boarded door, and there are 19th-century windows with timber lintels. The farmhouse has two raised gabled dormers. The southern gable end includes 2-light windows on each floor, both featuring projecting stone drip courses that are dropped and outturned at the ends. Additionally, there is a horizontal drip course in the gable. The property was not accessible during the inspection on 6 July 1995.
