Description

3 Albert Terrace is a terrace of three cottages built around 1840, as shown on the 1843 tithe map. The cottages are made of colourwashed stone with slated roofs, each featuring two bays. They have panelled doors with margin glazed overlights. The ground floor windows have twelve panes, while the first floor windows have nine panes; however, in No. 3, the ground floor window has been replaced with a 20th-century window. There are three stone chimney stacks, which have been heightened with brickwork. At the rear, there is a continuous lean-to that has also been heightened in brickwork after the roof pitch was reduced.
