Description
The Homestead is a brick cottage with a slate roof, dating to an unknown period. It is a small, two-unit, two-storeyed building with a byre integrated under the same roofline. A doorway is located to the right of the centre, flanked by renewed windows set into original openings, each with a single ring cambered brick head. Upper windows are also renewed within the original openings, set under the eaves. End wall stacks are present. The byre is a single build with a small window and a loft entry, both set within openings with single ring cambered brick heads. A diamond-pattern vent is visible in the front elevation, leading to the loft.
